A company is looking to hire Bilingual Communications Reps/Call Center Agents. Individuals must be fluent in French and English.
Responsibilities
- Answering calls and responding to customer complaints.
- Providing customers with detailed information about services/ products.
- Cross-selling & Up-selling available services/products.
- Directing any urgent calls/issues to the Customer Service Manager
- Processing customer requests and refunds
- Adhering to the industry practices and company standards, at all times
- Maintaining a record of customer communication
- Verifying customer details before processing their requests
- Collecting payments and processing invoices when required
- Conducting customer surveys to ascertain customer requirements.
- Gathering feedback from customers
- Translating documents and customer emails
- Fulfilling monthly and annual sales target
- Obtaining call histories as and when needed

Qualifications
- Must be an SHS /University graduate
- Must be Ghanaian
- Must be fluent in French & English
Necessary Skills
- Written and oral fluency in both languages
- Good computer skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a calm composure during stressful events
- Good listening skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Empathetic and professional
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
