Job Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, vetting, and training all new staff.
  • Researching the country or region thoroughly and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Monitoring performance at all levels and scheduling training as required.
  • Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency and helping Empress Linguistics Services to Dominate Ghana.


Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in the role
  • Ability to lead, manage and make a brand soar
  • structure and develop business well
  • Take ELS to the next global height
