The Database Administrator at Shelter Mart Properties Ghana will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing a database of available properties for rent or sale at various locations across the country. You will ensure optimal database performance by liaising with scouting officers, agents, and property owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage database changes and updates
- Analyze database issues and troubleshoot or configure the database accordingly
- Maintain and build out the leasing database of all property-related documentation, lease availabilities, vacancies, etc
- Input lease data accurately into a cloud-based software using information sourced from agents, landlords, clients, and third-party databases
- Work closely with brokers and agents across branches to ensure the relevancy and accuracy of the data
- Source and test methods of improving workflow and optimizing efficiencies
- Research trends of developers and their expansion plans (by online scouting, making calls, collecting data, etc.)
- Contribute to designated local market research requests (market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, topic-specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study
- Proven knowledge of SQL Servers
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent work ethics
- Good communication skills
