Our client, a fashion company located in Dzorwulu is looking for a Deliveries coordinator. The role is an extension of the sales and customer experience team. The incumbent manages all processes pertaining to delivering customers' orders.
Responsibilities
- The coordinator is responsible for ensuring that customers' orders are delivered in a timely, stress-free and delightful manner.
- S/He manages the deliverymen and companies the company works with, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- S/He gathers feedback regularly from customers and applies this to constantly improve service delivery. S/He also conducts regular research to find new vendors, and technology to improve performance.
- The coordinator is also responsible for ensuring repeat business from customers whom s/he engages with.
