CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of all acquired properties
- Seeking prospective clients (Landlords and tenants)
- Manage construction works, utilities, and facilities budget and oversight supervision
- Liaise with local authorities for the provision of services to the estates
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports
Required Skills or Experience
- First degree in Land Economy, Estate Management, or any related field.
- A master's degree is an added advantage.
- 3 years of work experience in related positions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
