Nestlé CWAR is currently looking for a Senior Business Developer is to consult with End to End (E2E )Leads, Process Optimizers, Automation Partners, and Market and Business leaders to design, build and deliver reports and analytics solutions to simplify and automate relevant processes.
Provide management with fact-based key figures from translated data. Ensure the building, testing, deployment and sustenance of automation solutions

A day in a Life……
- Deliver insightful solutions to assist in business decision-making using Power BI.
- Create new solution to meet the need of business stakeholders
- Ensure best practices of markets and vice versa can be adopted and shared
- Deliver Data Analytics learning assets and automation to other team members in NBS
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of learning materials
- Support markets as they learn self-service reporting tools, survey tools.
- Perform Hypercare for local and global initiatives
- Identify future enhancements
- Define the schedule for frequency of robots
- Support the local Business Solution Automation (BSA) team to train users on new solutions
What Will Make You Successful?
- Partnering with End to Ends (E2Es) and Management to deliver joint project priorities (e.g. leadership effectiveness, Sales Analytics etc.)
- Capable to develop a data science model (e.g: predictive models using Python, R,…)
- Preference for ability to code in R, Java Script etc
- Stakeholder management experience at the highest organization levels
- Ability to communicate complex statistical analysis and automation to business leaders and professionals.
- Experience applying advanced analytical techniques (both qualitative and quantitative) to solve business problems
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to circumstances, applying general methodologies and guidelines to specific situations
