Job Purpose
- The principal point of contact between the business and its customers
- The Field Sales Consultant would support customers by selling products and meeting ancillary needs
Summary Responsibilities
- Under the auspices of the marketing department, reach out to target markets
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
- Reaching out with product information to customers and encouraging purchases
- Managing customer enquiries and escalating unresolved concerns
- Relaying customer insights to aid in developing company products
- Maintaining accurate sales records
- Meet personal and team sales targets

Reporting Structure
Job Level: Entry Level (Commission Only)
Reports To: Sales Supervisor
Qualification Required & Experience
- WASSCE, Diploma, HND or Degree in any field
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to win clients and sell products and services
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong networking skills to build relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using smartphones and digital technologies to transact and communicate
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategy
- Sales experience
Location: Accra
