Job Description
College Relations and Public Affairs Unit is responsible for ensuring that the College’s message, agenda, and image are effectively and creatively projected to both external and internal audiences with the aim of enhancing the flow of communication between the College and its public.

The College Relations and Public Affairs Officer is the head of the College Relations and Public Affairs Unit of the College. The Officer in this grade shall be required to show high qualities of sound judgment, initiative, resourcefulness, precision and professionalism in their area of specialization. The College Relations and Public Affairs Officer shall be responsible to the College Secretary in the discharge of their duties.
Required Skills or Experience
A candidate seeking appointment to the grade of College Relations and Public Affairs Officer must:
- Possess a master’s degree in public relations, communication and any other relevant field
- Membership of a professional body, preferably Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Ghana Journalist Association (GJA) is an added advantage
- Possess not less than five (5) years of relevant working experience
- The applicant must be computer literate.
- Must have a high degree of personal integrity, be circumspect and above reproach.
- Must possess outstanding inter-personal and communication skills
