Our curriculum is based on a blend of the Montessori Method which promotes learning directly from the environment and through creative play, and traditional methods that promote strong development of the child’s vocabulary and confidence.
Job Description
Bridge Roses Montessori seeks an experienced Basic One teacher for immediate employment. Applicants must be resident in Ashongman, Madina, Haatso or its environs.

Required Skills or Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Social Sciences with not less than 2 years of working experience in a reputable educational institution OR
- Senior High School qualification with 5 years of teaching experience
- Strong English writing and speaking skills
- Proven skills in teaching phonics, reading and comprehension
- Strong creativity and conceptual skills
- The ability to teach extracurricular activities is a plus
