Job Description
MSI Ghana has a vacancy for passion driven, well-organised, client-oriented and energetic individuals with the below relevant qualification/s and experience in Accra. MSI Ghana’s goal is to meet the needs of the underserved and improve access to the use of Family Planning (FP) and other Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services.

Length of Contract: Permanent, Full time

Communications and Administration
- Ensure formal communications with the various health partners are properly documented
- Follow up on all clients complaints relating to any of the MSIG services and make recommendations.
Required Skills or Experience
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Must have at least a GCE Ordinary level /SSCE certificate or higher
- Stenographer Grade one qualification from a recognised institution
- HND will be an advantage
- Basic Certificate in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
- At least 2 years post-graduation experience working in a similar role
- Experience of working in a clinical environment
- Excellent provider-client interaction skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel, PowerPoint).
- Work experience with Ghana Health Service and/or an INGO will be an advantage
- Articulate and analytical with attention to detail
- Sympathetic to women and men seeking Family Planning and Reproductive Health services
- Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills to engage with people at all levels –government, donor and community
- Passionate about maternal health
- Motivates team members to deliver high-quality service and results
- Team Player
