To provide specialist advice and support in the collection and analysis of business data and creation of information to inform decision-making, through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures SOPs.

Business Development: Assist in the production of deliverables to drive out customer insights on a micro-segment level.
Business Strategies and Planning: Support the development of plans to execute strategy
Research: Support research activities
Stakeholder Management: Develop relationships with business leaders, and ensure that business improvement recommendations are monitored and sustained.
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
