The Accounts Officer will report to the Finance Manager
Main Duties
- Prepare client invoices and reports
- Manage stock and prepares weekly and monthly reports.
- Handle fuel requests and allocations
- Prepares bank transfer requests and disbursement vouchers.
- Assisting with accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist with account/bank reconciliations
- Performs banking duties
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly Profit and Loss statements
- Undertake data entry for accounting system
- Perform any other duties as will be assigned

Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum first degree in Accounting
- Additional qualifications such as ACCA, ICA, will be a plus
- Experience working in a logistics firm is a plus
- Excellent usage of accounting software such as QuickBooks will be a plus
Required Skills Or Experience
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience
- Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be proactive, hardworking, results-oriented and, honest
- Must be able to work under pressure and be an excellent team player
- Maximizing performance/drive for results
- Highly analytical and high attention to detail
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment
