Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a secretary to join our growing Office Services team in Yamfo, Ahafo North.
Reporting to the Administrative Lead the Secretary will provide office support to Office Services Department and its staff by assisting with correspondence, making appointments and carrying out administrative tasks to ensure the daily smooth running of the Department on the Ahafo North Project Site in line with Company, Client, and industry requirements.
The tasks you'll perform
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to officers within a designated function and multi-tasking whilst switching in-between several administrative tasks.
- Ensure all dealings with Clients, Vendors and other external stakeholders are professional and in line with ethos of the business.
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to officers within a designated function and multi-tasking whilst switching in-between several administrative tasks.
- Provide specialist advice in designated areas of expertise.
- Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
- Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include recordkeeping, managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating equipment maintenance, and handling packages and correspondence.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
