Our client is a medium-sized dealer in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), operating currently in the Greater Accra and Western Regions. It has been in business for about 15 years. In its quest for continued growth and profitability in a challenging economic environment, the firm as part of its strategic reorientation is seeking ethical and results-driven individuals to join its senior management team as General Manager
Job Purpose
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will ensure business continuity and the development and implementation of growth strategies, value-adding structures and effective people management.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Drive the achievement of the strategic and Key performance indicators (KPIs) at the corporate and functional levels of the business.
- Ensure firm assets are available and in good state of repair in order not to disrupt delivery of supplies and provision of services to clients.
- Ensure the availability of the right personnel and their improved performance and productivity.
- Research and identify growth opportunities.
