The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Attend Market Activities and supervise teams on the ground for successful implementation
- Supervise marketing and branding material instalments and launches
- Work with the marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct offline and online market surveys for markets across Ghana.
- Implement ground Market performance, share, visibility, trend analysis and dynamic studies on a continuous basis.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns in support of the Marketing Department
- Perform market and client research.
- Create reports on marketing performance and monthly market update reports.
- Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
- Assist with social media and website content.
- Attend trade shows and company events.
- Organize and manage marketing collateral.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Write creative copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
- Maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and merchandise suppliers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
