LoanCloud.AI seeks to employ Loan/Credit Collectors.
Responsibility:
- 80% daily collection work following collection strategies designs from the Senior Collection Manager; 10 % log generation and daily collection reports, 10%validation, review, and data capture if the system requires it
- Flexible working time
- Calls and customer search through electronic means (SMS / WP / etc) exhaust the instances to get the payment of the account
- Follow-up of payment promises and agreements or negotiations with the client
- Capture in a system with notes, about calls and customer response
- Fulfillment of the goals set by the team leader
- Advice to the client in case of doubts to issue the payment
Requirements:
- Good handling of office packages and the Microsoft operating system
- Fast and easy to learn the strategies
- Good problem-solving skills
- Customer care and service
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environment
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver.
- Resistance to frustration
