KPMG on behalf of a client, an industrial manufacturing company is seeking to recruit talented high flyers and accomplished Professionals/Executives to assume the following role: Human Resource/Administration Director
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the role holder will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of HR Strategies, Systems, Policies/Procedures as well as providing guidance, and support in the administration of HR functions in a manner that creates harmonious/good working environment to attract, develop, motivate and retain the right calibre of talents to perform optimally towards the attainment of the Company’s business objectives.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Minimum of a Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or related discipline plus an MBA or master’s degree in a related field.

Experience:
- Minimum of ten (10) years relevant working experience with at least three (3)-four (4) years in a senior managerial role, ideally in an HR Generalist role functioning in a unionized working environment preferably in a manufacturing firm.
