Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
As the Finance Assistant, you will lead and be responsible for collecting and maintaining records in respect of transactions and events at MYHEALTHCOP Limited and its related subsidiaries. You will also prepare and send management information and schedules to the Company’s Financial Consultants for Accounting and Bookkeeping for MYHEALTHCOP Limited.
You will perform data analytics and reconciliations of transactions and in particular, you will develop and produce reports that provide clear and relevant management and business planning information.

Responsibilities
A. Planning & Budgeting
Strategic and Financial Planning for the units/ sections within the company for both short and long term;

Assist CFO on Budget Strategy Development
-
Assist CFO on Budget Preparation
-
Assist in the data collection and presentation for use by CFO
B. Data Integrity
Ensure the accuracy & integrity of MyhealthCop financial statements;

Daily Review of General Ledger & Reconciliation of Accounting Information
-
Maintain data and information on Fixed Assets purchases
-
Review accounting information to ensure accuracy and Completeness before sharing with consultant and management
C. Compliance
Ensure compliance with Control procedures, including statutory and external reporting requirements for MyhealthCop;

Assist and provide assistance to team members and ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with procedures
-
Maintain and share data and information needed to meet statutory Compliance
-
Maintain records and report to CFO on noncompliance of procedures.
D. Reconciliations & Account Controlling
Ensure Account Reconciliations are performed accurately and on time;

Maintain records and perform Accounts Receivable & Payable Reconciliation
-
Maintain records and perform bank reconciliations on selected accounts
-
Maintain records and perform reconciliation on other control accounts and reconciliation
-
Supervising the management of Petty Cash
-
Maintain data on accrued and prepaid expenses for submission to financial Consultants
E. Invoicing
-
Prepare Invoices and issue to clients
-
Maintain a schedule of invoices and present data to consultants for processing
-
Perform other services and assistance as may be assigned by consultant
F. Liaison Role
-
Act as liaison officer between the subsidiaries/ departments and units within the organisation
G. Any Other Business

Any other assigned duties

Required Skills or Experience
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at an accredited university
-
Qualification in Accounting (ACCA/CPA/ICA) – is an added advantage
-
At least one-year post-National Service Experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
-
At least one year of direct service delivery experience working in a similar organisation
-
A good understanding and application of Accounting Principles
-
Ability to see projects through from beginning to end
-
Strong strategic, systems thinking and problem solving skills, with the capacity to see the bigger picture.
-
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Relations Skills.
-
Ability to relate to people at all levels both internally and externally.

Computer Literate and Strong Command of using Software Solutions.

Articulate and Analytical with attention to detail.

Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
