G-Oak Consult Ltd. is recruiting Food Technologists (4 positions) for our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector in the north industrial area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generating new product ideas and recipes.
- Overseeing the production of food products.
- Ensuring that strict hygiene and food safety standards are met.
- Researching products, markets, and technology to improve the existing product offerings.
- Identifying and choosing products from suppliers.
- Ensuring quality and safety of food products.
- Ensure that food-processing areas comply with government regulations and meet standards for sanitation and waste management.
- Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth start-up for new product production processes.
- Develop specifications for product production labelling.
- Testing and examining samples.
- Writing reports etc.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Degree in food technology from a recognized educational institution.
- 3 to 4 years of post-graduate experience in the same role.
COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially with regard to food hygiene and safety.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Initiative, proactivity and enthusiasm.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality.
- Good team working abilities
- Curious and observant.
- High sense of integrity and professionalism
- Good research and report writing skills.
- Computer literacy skills.
