Job Description
- Responsible for effectively marketing, promoting and selling insurance products. Assisting the Sales Manager to achieve the sales objectives of the team
- Very effective prospecting resulting in grand sales close. Handle complaints and explain policy conditions to clients
- Attending team meetings
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual sales targets
- Organize sales visits, maintain accurate records and reviewing of sales performance
Required Skills or Experience
- WASSCE/SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CERTIFICATE with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Must be 22 years and above.
- Past experience in sales will be an advantage
- DEGREE/HND/DBS
- Must be confident, possess customer relationship skills, and good communicaton skills and have the desire and passion to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness
