Duties
Coordinates and assist the General Service Officer (GSO) in various duties with all section. Under general supervision of the GSO. The incumbent will primarily coordinate real estate and residential property search, inspection and make-ready services for the Embassy housing pool.
Coordinate work efforts of landlord, post facilities maintenance and property management staff, and agency collectives as required. This is a non-supervisory position and is directly supervised by the Supervisory GSO, FP-O1.
Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) years’ experience in a job that required coordination of serval different elements of development and organization of program is required.

Education Requirements:
US High school diploma or host country equivalent is required
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level IV Fluent English is required. High degree of proficiency in both the written and spoken language is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must possess good negotiation skills.
- Must have good organizational skills, must be dept at cultivating contact with local landlords, utility companies and government officials.
- Must have strong writing skills. Must have strong computer skills, especially in MS word, Excel and outlook.
- Must possess interpersonal skills for dealing with mission personnel’s and outside contacts.
- Must have had a valid driver's license "Class B" for a minimum of five (5) years.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Language and Skills and Abilities may be tested.
