Responsibilities
- • Lead sales presentations and activities for sales managers and team leaders
- • Establish pay points for sales activities
- • Liaise with Training Department to conduct product training for sales managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives
- • Conduct performance review for Sales Managers and Team Leaders
- • Plan and execute weekly, monthly and yearly sales budget
- • Report on daily, weekly and monthly key result areas for the branch
- • Serve as first reporting line for all members in the branch including customer service executives
- • Any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualification Required & Experience
- • First Degree in Marketing or any related field
- • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
- • Minimum of Diploma in Insurance
- • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- • Ability to organize and plan sales activities with team
- • Must have strong desire to coach and develop others by sharing skills and knowledge
- • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office suite
- • Must possess good report writing skills
