The Centre for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (C-WASH) is a non-governmental organisation in Ghana working to innovatively contribute to improvements in coverage and sustainability of water supply, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) services for un-served and underserved populations, particularly in rural communities, small towns, and deprived urban settlements.
C-WASH is also the convener of the National Network of Community Water Services (NETCOWAS) which is a national and sub-national platform for learning, sharing, customer service, advocacy, and performance review for decentralised/local level piped water services which are managed by the communities and/or the local private sector, and/or the District/Municipality

Job Description
- Duty Station: Kumasi / Sunyani
- Job Status: Short-term consultancy (staggered in 8 quarters over two years)
- Salary: TBD
- Educational Qualification: HND/BACHELOR DEGREE with a minimum of two years’ experience.
- Date of Advert: 15th April 2022
- Advert Expires: 25th April 2022.
Job Summary
C-WASH/NETCOWAS urgently needs a Finance Specialist to field for an anticipated Community-Based Piped Water Supply Financing Pilot Project. This project falls under the umbrella of the Water Supply Sustainability Improvement Programme (WSSIP) of C-WASH/NETCOWAS.
The successful Finance Specialist will manage all Accounts, Financial Analysis and Financial Reports, as well as Annual Audits. These will be done in four short-term missions/inputs over the project life of two years (maximum of two weeks per quarter). She or he will also manage the project’s relationship with the Partner Bank and project communities, as well as all financial issues with respect to other Implementing Partners.

Applicants must possess a minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
