A growing Transport and Haulage company based in Tema Heavy Industrial Area is looking for an efficient: Commercial Sales Manager
Some of the core responsibilities are:
- Market prospects through all available means (meetings with customers in head offices and at the plant site, digital video calls, through sector organisations such as public entities chamber of Mines, take part in events, etc, introducing the project and becoming a reference in the national mining network
- Identify, approach and manage customers i.e both new and existing
- Handle the relationship with agents and sub-dealers, in case needed

- Develop a joint brand identity
- Be in charge of preparing and sending the offers, following up on customer comments and decisions
Qualification Required & Experience
- Applicants must be between 28 and 45 years old
- Must be at least a holder of a Business / Commercial Degree or a related course from a recognised tertiary institution
- Must have a professional experience in the mining process or plant/supply chain (perhaps at least during national service)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally in industrial/mining supplies
- Available to travel frequently, mostly throughout Ghana, by road (Good driving skills)
- An honest individual with a high ethical standard, excellent interpersonal communication skills while accomplishing challenges
- Read to grow with the project, loyal and committed to the company
