Duties
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the centre
- Manage office supplies, inventory and place orders as necessary

- Receive and sort incoming and outgoing mail, calls and deliveries
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and design and implement new systems
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, communications or a related field
- 3 years of work experience in an administrative/Office management role
- Strong organisational and management skills and ability to prioritise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
