Job Summary
The Secretary shall provide clerical support by performing a variety of secretarial duties which may include preparing reports and collecting data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinates meetings, appointments, travel meetings, and different assigned activities; takes and distributes minutes, correspondences, and/or different notes as requested

- Performs other clerical and secretarial obligations as requested which may include record-keeping, maintaining workplace resources, and handling packages and correspondence
- Performs other duties as assigned
Required Talents/Capabilities:
- Detail-oriented, exceptional communication skills and professional
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding and use of office equipment, clerical processes, and structures such as recordkeeping and filing.
Qualification Required & Experience
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies (DBS) in a related field preferred
- A minimum of 1-year of experience in a related role is required
