Job Summary:
Contribute to the scaling of the digital channels in terms of top commercial KPIs (e.g. Monthly Active Users) and engagement.
Job Role
- Drive acquisition activities for all Digital channels
- Conduct engagement campaigns (e.g. in-app messages)
- Conduct experiments to improve the full funnel from awareness to referral
- Provide input to the product owners on changes required to bring scale
- Collaborate with the Analytics and Reporting team to gather insights required to drive growth initiatives

Experience
- Minimum of 3 years related work experience in a digital organization or in the digital department of an organization
- Experience with Growth Marketing
- Good experience and knowledge of the main digital analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
- Experience with Digital Marketing
- Good experience with PowerPoint
Professional/Technical competencies:
- Strong knowledge of all main analytics tools and techniques
- Business Performance Management
- Planning and Budgeting
- Stakeholder Relations Management
- Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Knowledge and ability to analyze KPIs and provide detailed reports
Physical Skills/ Competencies:
- Manages self-performance, good conflict management takes and manages accountability.
- Energy & Drive – Innovative, takes initiative, result oriented and develops self consistently.
