Job Purpose
To achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within West Africa for the Ecophon BU, by ensuring customer satisfaction and market share within your territory.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for the sales activities in the area
- Apply decided sales strategies according to the Ecophon Steering Wheel
- Conduct sales using the Ecophon sales management tools (CRM Super Office, ABC, TSFK, KPI)
- Responsible for the project portfolio management in the area

- Able to understand and explain technical information
- Knowledge in acoustic and architecture will be an added advantage
- Good professional networking in the specification construction business in west Africa will be a plus
- Able to build good relationships with a wide variety of customers
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- English native language or bilingual English/French
- Able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Good professional networking in the specification construction business in Ghana, Nigeria and West Africa would be a plus
- Availability to be 60% on the field, visit in Western Africa and occasionally to Sweden
