Job Description
Purpose
Provide transport services in support of all field and non-field administrative work as well as provide mechanical support to VISIONFUND GHANA.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure VISIONFUND GHANA vehicles are neat both inside and outside and all accessories function well;
- Maintain a vehicle maintenance chart and ensure that VISIONFUND GHANA are serviced regularly and are roadworthy: by ensuring that Vehicle Roadworthiness and Insurance documents are renewed annually and on timely bases;
- Know and practice Defensive driving skills; the Highway Code and the Road Traffic Act, 2004. ACT 683
- Conduct regular routine checks on VISIONFUND GHANA vehicles to ensure fluids are on maximum levels especially vehicles for long trips by checking tyre pressure etc.
- Ensure that all equipment like spanners, pliers, wheel spanners, jacks, etc are intact;
- Ensure that each VISIONFUND GHANA vehicle have First Aid boxes with necessary First Aid tools and is equipped with fire extinguishers and are regularly recharged;
- Complete vehicle log books and ensure that they are properly completed by vehicle users;
- Ensure that new vehicles and motorbikes are properly registered and insured;
- Build the driving capacity of staff trainee drivers and confirm that they can drive independently;
- Drive VISIONFUND GHANA vehicles on official errands and to other destinations as requested;
- Assist in all other administrative duties when necessary, Provide efficient hospitality services to all visitors and staff;
- Participate in all spiritual activities of the Institution;
- Perform any other official duties assigned by your Supervisor
Required Skills or Experience
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Ability to read and write
- Ability to speak good English

- Must maintain good body odor and be smart in appearance
- Must be able to work effectively under pressure
- Must have good public relations skills
- Must be able to relate well with people from diverse backgrounds, especially with other colleague drivers.
Qualification:
- SSCE / WASSCE / HND in any field
- Driver license ‘B’ and/or ‘C’
