Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
Fan Milk is looking for a Sales Assets Manager. In this role, you are in charge of defining, implementing and coordinating processes related to Sales Assets (pushcarts, bikes, freezers, etc.) in order to maximize sales and return on invested capital. Your role is instrumental in the company strategy.
Your mission is to monitor and animate Sales Assets in Ghana and Francos in close collaboration with the Sales and Supply Chains team and also Finance and Procurement team
As Sales Assets manager you will
- (Re-)Define processes (at the beginning) related to sales assets with the support of Sales, Supply Chain and Finance departments
- Ensure up-to-date inventory and assess state and gaps vs plan

- Work with C&P to build a business case and identify the best sourcing for new sales assets (local vs import) and spare parts
- Define with Sales team needs and deployment plan of sales assets
- Monitor sales assets ROIC (simple KPIs), and redeploy if needed
- Manage and optimize repairs and maintenance of sales assets (monitor service level, preventive maintenance, quantity of spare parts needed)
About you
- Operational background (min. 5 years’ experience) -> e.g., planning, fleet management
- Process-oriented
- Ability to structure, coordinate and drive change management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the confidence to challenge others
- Autonomy and leadership
- Analytical skills
- Fluent in English, speaking French is a plus
