Job Description
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) is a not-for-profit institution that generates agricultural innovations to meet Africa's most pressing challenges of hunger, malnutrition, poverty, and natural resource degradation.

- Coordinate national partners and CABI and NIBIO inputs/reporting into MARLO.
- Monitor fund disbursement and project expenditures by national partners in close collaboration with IITA-Ghana accountant.
- Coordinate AICCRA-Ghana project logistics (e.g., local travel, procurement) and organize physical meetings/trainings in Ghana in close collaboration with IITA admin.
- Coordinate communication between the AICCRA-Ghana team and partners on the ground.
- Coordinate fieldwork/visits and travels of AICCRA-Ghana team to project sites.
- Prepare and implement communication plans for AICCRA-Ghana visibility both in Ghana and on social media and organize project awareness campaigns.
- Report to IITA Country Rep and to AICCRA-Ghana Project Leader.
Required Skills or Experience
Educational Qualifications
- The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Project Management, Agric-Economics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field with
- at least five (5) years of experience working on a similar project in a well-structured environment or donor-funded organization.
Core Competencies
- Technical expertise in managing and developing Monitoring & Evaluation systems, including the theory of change and results-based management
