This job requires an expert in all operational aspects of all Delft X-ray equipment (fixed, containerized and portable modalities).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assists in training local radiographers, X-ray technicians, operators and (when applicable) others on how to use Delft equipment optimally, considering state-of-the-art standards regarding radiation safety and X-ray quality. Training can take place both remotely and on-site after the installation of equipment as in-classroom seminars. Training can take place in Ghana as well as other countries.
- Assists in providing radiographic and application support to clients remotely on phone/email/virtual (helpdesk) or on-site when applicable.
- Assists in reporting on radiographic and application issues.
- Assists in picking up all radiography-related tasks within Delft Imaging Ghana, like the sales and marketing of film printers and consumables.
- Keeps records of all trainees and Facilities/Programs where radiography training was provided.
- Must be ready to travel inside and outside Ghana upon Company request
- Undertakes all other tasks assigned by Management.

- Professional, Service-oriented and Reliable
- Flexible, dedicated and a person of integrity
- Proficient in knowledge and use of Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Job Specific
Must have:
- A strong interest in X-ray systems and software applications to operate them
- The capacity and interest to enthusiastically educate others on the Delft systems and its applications
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Must be willing to learn
Communication
Must have the ability to:
- Provide effective and timely information orally and in writing both upward and downward through the company communication channels.
- Excellent educational and presentation skills
- Communicate effectively over the phone, in writing and in person with management and external stakeholders (i.e. customers, trainees, etc.)
- Develop and nurture relationships

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two (2) years working experience, preferably with Digital Medical Imaging Systems (DR, CT, and MRI)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography required
- Deep understanding of Medical Imaging Systems, its applications and PACS
- Experience with digital Medical Imaging Systems (DR, CT, MRI) is a plus
- Proven experience in Education, preferably in radiography
- Must have the legal right to work in Ghana
