Qualification Required & Experience
- A successful candidate must possess a university degree in Marketing with at least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance sales
- The candidate must be resident in the chosen region
Key Competencies
- Assist the branch manager in business development, commercial operations, and profitability of the company’s products.
- Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales agents
- Must possess strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and selling skills
Location: Takoradi, Techiman, Kasoa, Tema
