Our client, First Klass Shipping Specialist Ltd, is the number one door-to-door shipping company shipping from the United Kingdom to Ghana. It is a family-run company registered in the UK and trading as World Klass Shipping Specialist in Ghana. We desire to ensure that all Ghanaians receive friendly, professional faster, cheaper, safer, and stress-free shopping and shipping service from the UK to Ghana. One of the key aspects of its work is to ensure seamless delivery of clients’ goods to their destinations. The company has been operating since 2013.
The company is looking to hire a ‘’Truck Driver’’ to join their Ghana office in Accra

Reporting to the Manager in the Ghana office, the successful candidate shall undertake inter alia the following duties:
- Assisting the manager and the other team members in clearing containers from the Port
- Offloading goods from containers to the company’s warehouse
- Sorting goods offloaded from containers and preparing them for delivery to the various recipients
- Loading goods into Vans for delivery
- Delivering goods to clients across the regions in Ghana.
- Confirmation of deliveries after every delivery.
- Any other duty as deemed necessary
Compensation
The salary is very attractive.
Required Skills or Experience
Required
- Must have previous van/ truck driving experience
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to handle fragile packages and parcels with care
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be physically fit as the job requires lifting of packages
- Must be able to speak English and twi
Essential
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Twi.
- People-centered, Able to work with own initiative, Presentable, polite, and tactful.
- Applicants must be over 25 years and licensed.
