Reporting To: General manager
Responsibilities
Manage the Human capital and related resources of the hotel to achieve set objectives, whilst maintaining a content workforce.
Requirement
- Minimum of 10 years senior management experience in a similar role.
- Minimum of a Master's degree
All candidates must be highly computer literate.
