Job Description: Responsibilities & Requirements
The roles/key functions include;
- Update the E-DASH platform following GrEEn Project requirements: in close coordination with the IT team of the GPSNP under the MLGDRD and other service support providers, the incumbent will need to build-on the current available system to make sure it responds to specific needs of the GrEEn Project. As an example, adaptation may include additional modules (e.g. registration, training etc.) and adaptation of the payroll module following requirements of the financial services providers.
- Ensure smooth uptake and usage of the platform by key users: the expert is required to set up all devices with appropriate software and systems needed for the roll out of the solution in all 10 districts. As example, data quality assurance activities, hardware, and software management.
- Establish a dashboard and reporting system to make sure the UNCDF team and its partners can easily access information and ensure optimal functionality of the platform: the incumbent is expected to set up a user-friendly platform to track development and progress of the CfW beneficiaries of the GrEEn Project.
- Support the MMDAs in collecting relevant data for the Local-based Information System for climate change Adaptation (LISA) for storage and its processing into the system for use.
Institutional Arrangement
Under the overall supervision of the Programme Management Specialist and the guidance of the GrEEn technical team, the Data Management Analyst is expected to provide specialized assistance to project staff and other Project stakeholders.
