The ideal candidate will have attention to detail with strong communications skills. They should be able to communicate effectively in order to understand how to service survey54 customers, you will be working with both audience and clients in meeting their needs from all sides
- Responsible for the Direct to Consumer order process
- Answers all social media messages and complaints from customers/stakeholders.
- Responsible for weekly follow-up and feedback on all outstanding documents
- Preparation of monthly reconciliations of invoicing to billing to ensure that there are no discrepancies
- Creating documents and templates that outline the process for customers
- Create SLA's for on response
- organising airtime for customers
- Making sure all payments are tracked and reported
- Creating a good customer service for companies
