Outdoor Executive - Reputable Company

 Key duties and Resposibilities:

• Take prospective clients out for site inspection on all our holdings.
• Prepare photo reports for all our client billboards and signages nationwide.
• Ensure company holdings are in good shape and attractive at all times.
• Prepare weekly report and assesses company client’s performance on a quarterly basis.
• Develop innovative ideas for outdoor pitch for business
• Establish data to help manage all outdoor projects and signages effectively.
• Serve as intermediate between the agency and the clients.
• Preparation of contracts and invoice.
• Prospecting for new outdoor businesses or clients.
• Liaise between agency and clients.
• Managing and handling client’s advertising budget and account.
• Conducts market research to help in product development and implementation.

Required Skills or Experience

• A positive self-starter who likes challenges and is willing to work hard with multitasking abilities.
• 2-3 years’ experience in similar role.
• Possess a professional appearance and demeanour.
• Willing to travel by own transportation ( if necessary).
• Strong communication skills using emails and social media.
