Job Description
- Coordinate and monitor the activities of Feed Table / Bunker /Tunnel Attendants and Wheel Loader Operators to ensure optimum filling of bunkers and feeding mills
- Monitor milling parameters and adjust them in consultation with the mill supervisor
- Properly fill in mill log sheets and file them appropriately
- Liaise with the quality control personnel, interpret MPIs (Mill Performance Indicators) and adjust milling parameters accordingly, in consultation with the mill supervisor, to ensure that quality standards are met
- Assist the mill supervisor in maintaining discipline and good team spirit, and promoting effective communication among team and other staff
- Other responsibilities as stated in GHACEM OCPS (Operational Control Procedures)
- Shall be liable and responsible for strict adherence to all EHS policies and procedures which is a shared responsibility for all employees.
