Data Analyst

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/ data systems.
  • identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to locate and correct mode problems
  • Work with Management to prioritise business and information needs Locate and define new process

Software Engineers

Duties:

  • Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties: Design and implement software systems for the courts
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases
  • Liaise with colleagues to implement technical designs
  • Enhance applications by identifying arrears of improvement, making recommendations, designing and implementing systems.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
  • Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Database Engineer

Duties:

  • Maintain and enhance the performance of existing database programmes.
  • Assist database development teams in designing new database programmes that meet the Service’s data storage needs.
  • Monitor databases and related systems to ensure optimised performance
  • Write new support programmes and scripts to increase data storage capacity.
  • Review database and user reports, as well as system information
  • Adhere to best practices in securely storing backing up and archiving data
  • Document processes related to database design, configuration and performance
  • Keep abreast of developments and best practices in database engineering.

Network Engineers

Duties:

  • Design, implement, monitor and manage the Local and Wide Area Networks of the Service to ensure maximum uptime for users.
  • Configure and install various network devices (eg routers, switches firewalls, load balances, etc.)
  • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
  • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
  • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

Cyber Security Engineer

Successful candidates will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems
  • Protect systems by defining access privileges, control structures and resources.
  • Recognize problems by identifying abnormalities, reporting violations Implement security improvements by assessing current situation, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements.
  • Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits
  • Upgrade system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
  • Keep users informed by preparing performance reports and
  • communicating system status Maintain quality service by following organisation’s standards.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
