Masco Foods, an Operator in the Quick Service Restaurants (CSR) in Ghana is looking to set up a new Delivery/Aggregator Company and is seeking for an experienced, dynamic and results oriented person with industry experience to lead the entity.
Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The incumbent will lead the new business, strategically positioning it to be a competitive player in the Delivery/Aggregator sector:
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the initial set up of the Company working with various stakeholders to identify and implement all factors/assets necessary for effective set
- Identifying and implementing IT infrastructure (software/hardware) necessary to up support the Delivery business.

- Business Development and ensuring the financial viability/profitability of the Delivery Business
- Leading and providing support in the recruitment of Team to support the Delivery business
- Liaising with various stakeholders (internalexternal) to ensure efficient operations of the delivery business.
- Must understand the P&L and set up (promotion) of such companies
- Ability to draft comprehensive business plan in conjunction with other stakeholders.
- Any other responsibility so given
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED & EXPERIENCE
- First Degree in a related field and Senior-Level experience with a current Aggregator/Delivery Company is required for this position.
