Job Responsibilities
- Manage the operations and administration of the business in the branch for adequate return on investment
- Keep the company image at a high level in the region and northern zone of the business
- supervise other office activities (facility management, renovations, event planning etc.)
- Manage and corporate with HR/Admin Officer in all environmental and safety compliance at the branch
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure the business’ strong presence in the region
- objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
- Maintaining reporting structures for the sales team and keeping an up to date inventory of all cars.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Country Manager
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Manage schedules and deadlines for all payments from customers
