Job Description Summary
Proactively develop & implement GE Healthcare sales strategy by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with Strategic Accounts at the country level, such as hospitals or hospital groups, government bodies or group purchasing organizations, thereby creating growth for GE Healthcare (GEHC) to achieve the Operating plan via both direct and indirect channels.
This role is based in Accra, Ghana and will be responsible for the development of new & existing business opportunities. Proactively develop & implement GE Healthcare sales strategy by creating and sustaining strategic relationships/alliances with Strategic Accounts at the country level, such as hospitals or hospital groups, government bodies or group purchasing organizations, thereby creating growth for GE Healthcare (GEHC) to achieve the Operating plan via both direct and indirect channels.
This role is based in Accra, Ghana and will be responsible for the development of new & existing business opportunities.

- Achieve sales and orders targets for GEHC sales in assigned GEHC accounts and territory.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the GE Healthcare functional teams.

Quality Specific Goals:
- Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.
- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.
- Previous experience selling GEHC Equipment or other medical equipment/devices
- Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in Ghana

- Strong Process Management Skills
