GRADE: ASSISTANT OFFICER
OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
- Day-to-day administrative and human resource support to the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides support to the management of general administration and human resource for the delivery of the key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provides support for the management and the preparation of the organisation's general meetings
- Helps develop reporting guidelines and formats. to ensure that all programmes reporting are timely, consistently accurate and complete Help to oversee the effective and efficient management of the organisation's corporate administrative and human resource functions e. personnel, procurement, stores, estate, transport, secunty secretarial and records keeping
- Helps to ensure effective and efficient management of the files and records including appropnate records management protocols for hard copy and electronic documents, file organization. retention, retrieval and archiving
- Ensures that the office is in order and is designed to accommodate the disabled members of society so as riot to disadvantage their request for services and advice

SKILLS-MIX AND COMPETENCIES
- Good knowledge of human resource practices. legislation and regulations
- Well developed management and organization skills
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvements in administrative policy and practices.
- Good oral and written communication, presentation, and relationship-budding skill
- Sound grasps of records management principles
- Possesses business. management and administrative concepts, pnnciples, best practices, and performance measures to help in the development and implementation of corporate business plans.
