JOB PURPOSE:
To develop, and implement strategies to win clients and retain clients and also deliver water to clients & households.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct research to determine requirements for households requiring water tanker services
- Propose a water delivery product to satisfy the needs of the market
- Regularly visit clients to understand their challenges offer solutions to retain their businesses
- Achieve weekly sales targets set
- Driving water delivery trucks and others
- Professionally monitor the vehicles to ensure the absolute safety and well-functioning of the vehicles and facilitate routine maintenance schedules and minor repairs where necessary
- Check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside
- Keep track of timely car insurance other relevant documents renewals
- Keep records of all movements of the vehicles including mileage records

Required Skills or Experience
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- High level of professionalism and personal integrity
- Good interpersonal, and presentation skills
- A strategic thinker with drive
- Proactive, innovative and dynamic problem solver
- Ability to meet targets
- Strong customer service orientation
- Relates well with people from different backgrounds.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- WASSCE
- 10 years’ driving experience
- Driving license class D
- At least 2 years driving experience with heavy duty vehicles (3tonnes or higher)
