A reputable international pharmaceutical company is urgently looking to engage a Country Manager to oversee its businesses in Ghana and other countries in West Africa.
Our preferred candidate should have a first degree in preferably Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry or any related discipline. He/She should also have some significant experience in Management and Marketing. Ability to communicate in English and French is required.
The Country Manager shall be expected to perform the following tasks, among others:

- Establishment and marketing of the company's products.
- Build corporate image of the company
- Strategic Planning, Running & Expanding the existing business.
- Ensure achievement of sales and other corporate Targets
- Liaise with regional and local distributors and partners and coordinate effectively with them to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Function as company's Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) in the region.
- Travel within the region to both maintain and grow the business
