- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Applicant must possess a first degree in any discipline
- Previous experience as a Telecommunications Call Centre Representative will be an advantage
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
