The Training Instructor will serve as a Facilitator, Coach, and Mentor for new security officers and will take them through the required G4S Security Training course. He will also conduct refresher training for existing officers and contracts on regular basis.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons and practical training exercise in line with course content
- Provide reports and feedback on recruits progress and performance
- Accountable for personal tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Chief Instructor on daily basis.
- Ensure appropriate resources are in place to support each training delivery

- Plan and conduct any other work as tasked by Chief instructor.
- Work to ensure the best interest of the business is always met.
Qualifications
- Have a Teacher Training Diploma or Military/Police Background.
- Be passionate about imparting knowledge
- Have experience in a similar role
