A reputable organisation based in Accra seeks to employ the services of qualified personnel to fill vacancy in its establishment: Construction Manager
Job Summary
- Must be able to ensure each construction project is delivered in accordance with the drawings and specifications and the quality described in the contract documents
- Must be able to compile scope of works and tender lists for each trade
- Must ensure that subcontractors fulfill the works required by them under their scope of works
- Sound administrative skills and a team spirit is required

Qualification Required & Experience
- Degree in BSc. Civil Engineering, Building Technology or its equivalent
- Certificate in project management and would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Ability to drive or ride a motorbike will be an added advantage
