Job Summary
- Must manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects
- Must be able to break a scope of work into packages
- Must be competent and confident with client and subcontractors liaison
Qualification Required & Experience
- BSc. Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics
- Being a member of a professional body would be an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years experience
